A MESSAGE FROM CALEB

Hello, my name is Caleb Strohecker and I have been the athletic trainer at Randleman High School since 2017. I previously worked in the industrial setting for a year but my love for athletics and desire to care for athletes brought me to the secondary school setting.

I graduated from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training in 2016.

The sports I enjoy working the most are baseball, football, and basketball. I used to play a lot of baseball growing up and love being around the game. I enjoy football and basketball because of the high intensity.

I became an athletic trainer because like most others, I was injured multiple times from playing sports in high school (most notably a shoulder injury from pitching). Then is when I saw what athletic trainers are capable of and how important they are to the success of the athletes. I love being around the competitive nature of sports and love to be a part of the athlete’s success on the field or court.

When I am not at work, I spend a lot of time with my dog, Podrick. I enjoy spending time playing golf, bowling, or reading a good book. Since I am an avid sports fan, I also enjoy watching sporting events when I get the chance.

I am proud to be a member of the RHAT team and a part of Tiger Nation!
