A MESSAGE FROM MARY

Mary Sult, LAT, ATC joined Randolph Health in August 2020 to serve as the Certified Athletic Trainer at Trinity High School. Mary obtained her BS in Athletic Training from High Point University and completed her national certification in 2008. She has been licensed to practice in North Carolina since 2009.

In her early career, Mary spent two years completing an athletic training/sports medicine internship at Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC, but considers herself fortunate to have spent the majority of her career in NC. She has cared for athletes from a multitude of sports/skill levels in a traditional environment (during practices/games) and for patients from the general population through orthopedic clinics/emergency rooms.

In addition to her pursuit to become a well-rounded professional through diverse work experience(s), Mary has also completed graduate courses in health education/promotion/administration through East Tennessee State University, a fellowship with NC Athletic Trainers' Association Leadership Institute, and the requirements to become a Registered Orthopedic Tech (2017-2019).

As Mary returns to working in the high school setting she is looking forward to educating/protecting the Trinity Bulldogs in all their endeavors. She is excited for the opportunity to build lasting relationships within the community and plans to do everything she can to ensure today's student-athletes become tomorrow's healthy/active adults!
